Optima Sugar+ contains a high concentration of calcium combined with nitrogen, magnesium, organically complexed manganese and trace elements. Virtually all crops, especially sugar beets, will benefit from these nutrients during the growth phase. Leaf quality is improved and photosynthesis is optimised.

Optima Sugar+ has been specially developed by Soiltech for use in sugar beet cultivation. Calcium plays a crucial role in building sugar levels (brix) in the crop. Sugar beets in particular make a lot of sugars and transport them to the tuber, increasing the sugar content in the beet.

Sugar beet:
3x 3 liter per hectare per year, in combination with last herbicide, first fungicide and second fungicide application.
2x 4 liter per hectare per year, in combination with last herbicide and first fungicide application.

Arable crops:
3-4 liter per hectare.
4-6 times per year, during leaf development.

4 liter per hectare.
3-5 times per year, from 2 weeks after planting to 3 weeks before harvest.

2-3 liter per hectare.
2 times per year, first application before winter with a herbicide, 2nd application from stem formation.

Tree nursery, vineyards and (small) fruits:
4 liter per hectare.
5-8 times per year, during leaf development (after flowering).

Other crops:
3-4 liter per hectare.
2-6 times per year, during leaf development (after flowering).

Instructions for use
  • Shake or stir well before use.
  • Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
    This product has been tested and can be stored safely at temperatures from 5°C to 25°C. Crystallisation and/or sedimentation may occur below 5°C.
  • Apply with a maximum concentration of 1:50
  • Apply under suitable spraying conditions (e.g. temperature, humidity, wind speed). Do not treat if the temperature is >25°C or if it might rise to >25°C in the hours after application. Preferably perform the treatment at the end of the day.
  • Miscibility and/or efficacy cannot be guaranteed when combined with any other agent. Before mixing, it is recommended to perform a test on a small scale.
  • Do not mix with other products in pure, undiluted form. Not compatible with products containing phosphate and/or sulphate.
  • We recommend carrying out a trial application on a small area first, before applying to the entire plot.
  • Keep only in the original packaging and close the cap immediately after use.
  • The shelf life of the product is stated on the label. As long as the guidelines for storage are followed the expiry date (BB) on the label is guaranteed.
